We had a great time at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the common areas were always tidy and inviting. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything from a gym to a pool to a restaurant on-site. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many local attractions. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Spent New Year's at this great hotel. The location was perfect, situated near many great places to eat and explore. The room was very clean and comfortable. They offer some great amenities like a swimming pool and fitness center. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The rooms were very tidy, and I liked that they were kept clean throughout my stay. Also, the location was perfect for me, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. However, I was disappointed to discover that some of my food went missing while it was in the hotel's care. It's hard to trust people when something like that happens.

The staff at this hotel were quite unprofessional. I received an unexpected call for a complimentary brunch but then ended up being charged for it. It's frustrating when employees don't understand the meaning of "complimentary." Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of communication and proper documentation between staff members which caused some billing issues. When I brought up my concerns, the staff members didn't seem genuinely interested in providing a solution. the customer service was poor.
